Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m.
1. Election of Hattertown Historic District Officers
Bruce Degen moved that the following names be placed in nomination, Chris Degen seconded the nomination, motion passed unanimously.
Bruce Degen – Chairperson
Chris Degen – Vice Chairperson
Michelle Rosenthal – Secretary
2. Setting Meeting Date for 2013-2014
Bruce Degen moved for the approval of the following meeting dates, seconded by Barbara Brimmer, motion passed unanimously.

Move to adjourn by Bruce Degen. Motion was seconded by Barbara Brimmer. Motion passed unanimously.
